Product Description

It’s been four years since service performance reporting was introduced for Tier 1 and 2 charities and most recently, the requirements for Tier 3 has aligned to these requirements. The standard setter (XRB) has been gathering feedback on the challenges for reporting service performance and the assurance of it. With this in mind, and the maturing of this reporting requirement, how does an entity (whether they be Tier 1, 2 or 3) navigate these requirements, overcome challenges and develop meaningful service performance reporting that is not just a ‘tick the box’ exercise and tells a compelling story while meeting the requirements of accountability?

  • understand the why and how behind service performance
  • help clients with improving their statements of service performance to enhance accountability

Duration: 1 CPD hour including Q&A
