This webinar will take an in-depth look at the new GST rules as they apply to unincorporated bodies — such as partnerships and joint ventures — as introduced in the Taxation (Annual Rates for 2025-26, Compliance Simplification, Remedial Matters) Act.
While these rules have wider application than the rural sector alone, they were designed against the backdrop of issues encountered with bloodstock syndicates. They are relevant also to partnerships which are used in the farming and agriculture sectors and thus it will be beneficial to understand how the rules work.
