Product Description

This is the first of three Rural Tax Update 2026 webinars. In each session, we focus on the practical tax implications of significant legislative changes, Inland Revenue statements, technical decisions, and case law that have occurred in the last few months as they pertain to the primary sector.

These webinars are perfect for practitioners wanting to stay abreast of the latest tax changes and the effect these will have on them and their clients.

Note: a more detailed summary of course content will be published two weeks prior to the webinar.

Upon satisfactory completion of this course, you will be able to:

  • appreciate the implications of recent changes on you and your clients
  • advise clients about prospective tax changes
  • keep up to date with key tax changes affecting the rural sector.

This course will be suited to:

  • Chartered accountants in public practice and their tax aware staff
  • Experienced advisors to the rural sector with an understanding, but not necessarily deep knowledge of the current rural tax issues
  • Corporate accountants working in the rural sector
