This course will focus on the tax, commercial and legal issues that multiple business owners should be thinking about as they come together to either start a new business or combine existing ones. This high-level course will consider entity-type specific matters (companies, limited partnerships, partnerships) as well as canvas more generic challenges (co-founder/owner agreements, income allocations, funding options, tax issues).
Upon satisfactory completion of this activity you will be able to:

• Have a checklist of matters to consider
• Make decisions or guide clients through these decisions
