In this webinar, we will bring in practical tips which will enable you to establish or refine your flexible working policies, to determine whether to grant or decline requests from employees, and overall protect both your business and your employees from unexpected surprises.

• Taxable presence (permanent establishment) considerations when employees are in country;                    
• Withholding tax implications; and                                        
• Contingency planning – managing tax consequences.                                      

This course will not cover non-tax considerations in detail.

• Know when further investigation may be required if wanting to accommodate an employee’s request
