Product Description

This course will cover what weather related losses can be expensed (e.g. buildings and plant) and what cyclone based tax reliefs are or will be available for employers and in respect of windfall taxable income.

In particular, we will be using the legislation introduced on budget day to discuss in detail and with examples the tax reliefs from excess depreciation recovered from the destruction of insured assets.
