The purpose of this webinar is to ensure you are up to date with the RWT and NRWT requirements for your clients and to discuss opportunities to minimise or remove obligations where possible.

We will focus on:                                                          
• RWT v NRWT                                                             
• Dividends, including NZ company to NZ company and NZ company to overseas                                      
• Interest, including accrued RWT in tax returns                                        
• Royalties paid overseas                                                      
• Application of Double Tax Agreements                                    
• Approved Issuer Levy                                    
• RWT exemptions                                                
• Non-resident financial arrangement income (“NRFAI”) and NRWT                                              
• Any changes as a result of the 39% tax rate
